Easy and tasty guacamole

Tonight was taco night and so naturally I made guacamole. Mine is not very Mexican, but in my opinion, it is still quite tasty and super easy, so I hope you’ll like it 🙂
I haven’t made it very spicy, but you could if you prefer that, if I only made it for myself I would have probably added a little ginger and chili, but my family isn’t much into spicy so I didn’t.

  • 3 avocadoes – very ripe
  • 1 dl (3.4 liquid ounces) of yougurt
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • salt to taste

  • Cut open the avocadoes, remove the pits and put the “meat” in a bowl
  • Add the yougurt, garlic, lemon juice, and salt
  • Mix wellI use a fork to mix it, beause it makes it easier to moosh the avocadoes, but you could also use a food processor – just know that all texture will go away and it will be a smooth mix
  • Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating

So there you have it, my super easy guacamole recipe! I hope you enjoy it and I’d love to hear from you 🙂
Lots of love, Anne
